If you forgot your password or would like to change it:
- Visit this page.
- Enter the email address you use for FCF.
- Click 'Get New Password'.
- Follow the link in the Password Reset email you received.
- Type in a new password for your FCF account.
NOTE: You can set the password you like, but we recommend the password to be at least twelve characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! " ? $ % ^ & ).
- Click Reset Password button.
